Jones Alternative, Inc. (“Jones Alternative”) is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) organization created as trauma-informed and focused therapeutic group home. Our organization’s mission is to provide healing care and educational services to female victims of sexual trauma, including molestation, rape, incest, and human trafficking.
Jones Alternative provides Therapeutic Residential Group Home services to female victims of sexual trauma, including molestation, rape, incest, and human trafficking, who are under the care of the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF). Through the deliverance of services, Jones Alternative intends to decrease the recidivism rate amongst program participants, increase academic performance, and assist residents in developing the skills needed to live productive lives within their communities.

Kenuated Clarke
Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Kenuated Clarke is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master-Certified Addiction Professional, Forensic Trauma Specialist, Department of Children and Families Reviewer, and Certified Qualified Supervisor with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health.
She has held key roles including Vice President of Operations, Chief Program Officer/Director of Programs, and Clinical Director for secure work release sites under the Department of Corrections. Her extensive background covers a range of services such as programs for the chronically mentally ill, child welfare, dependency judicial system, residential treatment, community-based services, family counseling, substance abuse, anger management, juvenile justice, and therapeutic community systems.
Formally trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and multiple psychotherapy modalities, Mrs. Clarke has received awards including Administrator of the Year in 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida Memorial University, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling (Summa Cum Laude) from Webster University. She is currently a PhD candidate and certified in several therapeutic models.
A dedicated community leader, Mrs. Clarke actively participates in community service events and is a long-standing member of the American Counseling Association, promoting respect for human dignity and diversity.
Dr. Marcia Flagler Ph.D,MCAP
Director of Residential Services
Dr. Marcia Flagler, Ph.D. in Philosophy of Addictions Studies, has over 30 years of experience in substance abuse and mental health services. She is the Co-Founder and President of DIAMARCI SERVICES LLC, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome adversity and lead productive lives. The organization offers counseling, addiction and mental health evaluations, education and training, program development consulting, community outreach, grant writing, and transitional/sober housing.
Dr. Flagler has served diverse populations, including individuals, families, homeless men and women, veterans, disabled individuals, those with substance use disorders and co-occurring diagnoses, domestic violence survivors, ex-offenders, at-risk youth, and the LGBTQ+ community. She has collaborated with various agencies to address the needs of substance-exposed babies, adults in outpatient and residential services, women with babies in residential care, community prevention participants, homeless populations, and individuals affected by HIV.
Active in Central Florida, Dr. Flagler now provides services for youth at Jones Alternatives. She is passionate about her profession, believing in the potential for all individuals to rise above adversity and emphasizing that bad choices do not define them. With commitment and recovery behaviors, individuals can reclaim their rightful place in society.
